The ardent supporters of the rugby, mark your calendars! On June 21, 2023, the List of the 42 players selected for the 2023 Rugby World Cup will be announced.

The final group will then be reduced to 33 players, ready to take on New Zealand in the opening match of the World Cup on 8 September. Tensions are rising and the whole of France is looking forward to seeing which players will have the honor of representing their country at this major sporting event.

Galthié also announced that a first preparation camp will take place from 6 to 9 June, with 23 players. The aim is to give members of the “premium group” the opportunity to train intensively, alongside players under the age of 20. Initially, a meeting against the British Barbarians was planned, but in the end it did not take place.
